WOW what a response we have had!
After a few technical issues with emails ending up in spam folders resulting in a 3 hour phone call to America we have been overwhelmed with the number of ceramicists wanting to be involved with our event. Those that applied should have received confirmation of their submission by email.
We are now going through the applications for selection and will be contacting everyone within the next week.
We have already started our publicity campaign for next year, having discussions with the public at local festivals and events for the last two months. Banners have also been making an appearance ahead of the busy Christmas season.
Next big task is to pay the deposit for the marquee hire and contact publications to ensure our event is in their annual brochures.
Its been humbling to see many of this years stallholders applying to return again next year. A number of applicants have also offered to do interesting activities with the public so I can not wait to share what we will be offering next year.
